北京服装出口公司与英国贸易进口公司于2013年1月15日签订一笔出口100万件西服合同，装入10 个集装箱。每件西服100美元 ，按CIF 价格， 使用不可撤销L/C 方式结算，出票后60天付款，合同中规定由中国远洋运输公司运输，不允许分批装运和转船。在天津港发货，目的港伦敦。合同号码369. 要求：根据以上合同开立一下信用证和单据。
