卖方应实施买方飞机定检工作包中所有的例行工作。该工作包括所有的准备工作，将飞机拖入机库，打开，检查前的清洁、检验和检查，关闭检查部位，将飞机拖出机库，航前、过站（若有）和航后检查；例行工作不包括工作包以外的故障修复及任何其它附加工作；卖方应根据买方代表的意见，按照工作单的要求实施本次定检所产生的非例行工作。
本合同中的所有条款均是可分离的。如果本合同中的任何条款或任何条款的某一组成部分因无论何种原因被宣布为非法、无效或无法执行，或是被废除，其余条款的合法性、有效性或可执行性均不应就此受到任何影响。
如果任何一方试图通过法律程序或其他程序执行它在本合同中的相应权利，或试图宣布它在本合同下的某项权利或义务执行本合同中的相应权利时，败诉方应当负担胜诉方产生的所有费用。这些费用包括（但不限于）律师诉讼费、付给专家证人的费用和其他的咨询费。
二、英译中（1小时）
The term \"part\" used herein refers to an individual accessory or to a complete assembly or subassembly or parts of an Aircraft. If the Vendor is obligated to rework or repair any such part in whole or in part under the terms of this warranty, such obligation shall not extend to any related part and such repaired or reworked part shall be subject to the un-expired portion of the warranty period.
Without prejudice to the provision of Article XX, the Buyer shall maintain its All Risks Aircraft Hull including a waiver of subrogation in favor of the Vendor. The buyer shall effect Aircraft third party, Passenger, Baggage, cargo and Mail Legal Liability for a combined single limit (Bodily Injury/property damage)of at least US$XXX anyone occurrence, each aircraft, unlimited in all during the currency of the policy, but in the aggregate in respect of the Products Liability. The Vendor shall maintain its own aircraft maintenance liability insurance and third party liability insurance.
The award by the Commission shall be final and binding on both Parties and shall not be called in question in any court of law or judicial forum. Except as otherwise provided by the Committee, the cost and expense shall be borne by the losing party.
During the course of arbitration, the Services as specified in the Agreement shall continue to be performed except for the part which the Parties are disputing and which is undergoing arbitration.
